We need to broaden the scope of our services as well as enhance their depth and quality so that
the needs and expectations of our clients, which are supposed to be elevated to a higher level of
sophistication in the management of their own risks, are addressed.
We also need to fine-tune our own expertise to provide our clients with top-grade insurance security.
In this regard we have a strong foundation accumulated through the experience of our directors over a
period of thirty years in the Middle Eastern and North American markets.
Our horizons will be broadened continuously. Although the traditional insurance coverage's will always
be available, our emphasis will be to develop and introduce new innovative products that will cater for
the ever developing business needs of our market.
We seek to become a fully fledged provider of solid security products, raising the level of our clients'
business insurance consciousness to such a level that will render them competitive in their own fields of
endeavors, thus ensuring our own success in our aspiration and objectives.
Our focus here will be to identify and solve our clients' specific problems through a combination of risk
management, risk retention, risk transfer and specialized consulting services.
This solution-oriented and knowledge-based approach will enable us to fulfill our primary goal: To assist
our clients in their business through effective management of their risk exposures. In turn, this will mean
that we need to move from being first and foremost an insurance company, to being a professional services
provider of which insurance is but one of a range of other services offered.
