This policy covers the risks of loss and/or damage to all types of cargo during various modes of transportation such as sea freight, airfreight, land transit from warehouse to warehouse, caused by perils incidental to the mode of transportation. Transit risks as well as war and strikes are provided as per the institute clauses. Policies may be issued to cover single consignment or shipments over a period of time.
