1- Establishment
ARIC was established in 2006 as an engineering firm with two branches one for the west
bank and the other for Gaza strip. ARIC is accredited by the Engineering Union. It operates
in the field of construction engineering. It is supported by a specialized engineering team
made up of architects and civil engineers. This team has a long civil record of experience in
the field of design and project management and administration. The firm was established
to participate in the development of various engineering services and to cope with the
requirements for the reconstruction and build-up of Palestine in the coming years.

ARIC corporation is committed to building successful and long-term business relationships

comprehensive engineering services in accordance with the highest and most qualified
professional level and engineering standards through a continuous development of the

specialized staff. ARIC's staff is fully equipped with local, regional and international
experience that has played a significant role in developing and providing appropriate

ARIC has the principle of working continuously on developing the field of architectural
design in Palestine for the purposes of bringing it up to date with contemporary culture while
preserving its cultural heritage. ARIC aims to raise their standing among other engineering
corporation in Palestine; introduce new innovative ideas in the field of engineering and
provide the best services irrespective of the project size and profit potential.

3- Current Projects:
Design and construction supervision of Diplomat Subdivision Project - West Bank
Preparing of feasibility studies, planning, design, preparing of tender documents, and
construction supervision of distinguished residential avenue located on high hills of Palestine
in the West Bank cities of Al Bireh and Ramallah on and area of 24000 m2. The project includes
62 semidetached Villas two-story or three-story villas, 5 multi-story residential buildings, Sporting
club, swimming pool, commercial complex containing a pharmacy, kindergarten, dry cleaning facility
and a supermarket. It also includes green area children's park and playground, parking area and
modern wastewater treatment plan with reuse technology in irrigation works.
ARIC finalizes design and tender documents and get all required licenses for starting construction
which actually started on July, 2006. It is expected to finish construction works on 24 months.
The estimated cost of this project is 8.5 Million USD.
Design and construction supervision of AIG & UCI office building - West Bank
Preparing of feasibility studies, design, preparing of tender documents, and construction
supervision of eight-story office building with three floors underground, five aboveground
in addition to roof. The building will be used as a main headquarter for Ahlei Insurance
Group (AIG) with its sister companies in addition to Union Construction and Investment
corporation (UCI).
The project is located in Massyoun Land – Ramallah.
ARIC finalizes preliminary design and is working to get required licenses for starting
construction. It is expected to start construction in the first quarter in year 2007.
Design of Diplomatic Complex in West Bank
Preparing of feasibility studies and design of a distinguished office building that includes
house diplomatic missions or international organizations working in Palestine.
The project is located in Massyoun Land – Ramallah.
The architectural preliminary design is finished.
Design and construction supervision of Residential Compound (Arcadia)in Al Massyoun area - West Bank
Preparing of feasibility studies, design, preparing of tender documents, and construction
supervision of residential compound (Arcadia) on 2 adjacent parcels with an area about 2000
sq.m in Al Massyoun area. The project consists of 24 luxurious apartments and (2) roofs
ranging in areas from 165 to 245 sq.m.
ARIC finalizes preliminary design and is working to get required licenses for starting
construction. It is expected to start construction in the first quarter in year 2007.
Design and construction supervision of Crown Tower in Gaza City
Preparing of feasibility study, design, preparing of tender documents and construction
supervision of Crown Tower. Located in the center of Gaza City just opposite Al Azhar
University, the Crown Tower will be constructed on a 3,000 square meters to be
the biggest in Gaza Strip.
The tower will stand 13 stories high, two of them as basement floors each with an
area of 2,700 square meters, encompassing a total area of 28,399 square meters.
The Crown Tower will include the following: Supermarket and warehouse, shopping mall,
several stories for office space, medical center and five stars restaurant.
ARIC finalizes design drawings and tender documents and the necessary licenses have been
obtained from the proper authorities for starting construction.
It is expected to start construction in the last quarter in year 2006.
The estimated cost of this project will be nearly 9.25 Million USD.
Planning, design and construction supervision for Al Rawda Avenue project - Nusseirat - Gaza Strip
Preparing of feasibility study, planning, design preparing of tender documents and
construction management for Al Rawda Avenue project.
The project includes housing complexes, totaling 297 housing units in different sizes
ranging from 173 square meters to 230 square meters with all required facilities,
infrastructure services, and environment considerations in Avenue planning.
Among the services afforded in this project is the 3-story service complex which includes
commercial shops, clinics, kindergartens, general purpose hall, a health club and fitness
center for men and women in addition to playground and sport facilities and parking lots.
ARIC completes the master plan and architect plans and is going in complete design
works and obtain necessary licenses.
Design of Beach Resort & Shopping Mall - Gaza
Prepare feasibility study and design of a high quality Tourist and Recreational Center
with shopping mall.
The proposed project will include 200 room's 5 stares hotel and attached to it a shopping
mall that will include a number of exclusive commercial shops and some complementary
recreational activities.
A conceptual design for the project has been prepared and is currently under development.
Design and Construction supervision of Future Project - Gaza
Preparing of feasibility study, design, preparing of tender documents and construction
supervision of Future Tower. Located in the center of Gaza City just opposite Jawal Company
on El Jala' Street, the Future Tower will be constructed on a 1,500 square meters to be
among the biggest in Gaza Strip.
The tower will stand 15 stories high, two of them as basement floors each with an area
of 1,200 square meters, encompassing a total area of 10,000 square meters.
The Future Tower will include the following: Supermarket and warehouse, shopping mall,
several stories for office space, medical center and five stars restaurant, fitness center
, multi-purpose halls, and businessmen center.
ARIC finalizes architectural drawings and is preparing design works. Obtaining
necessary licenses are on going from the proper authorities for starting construction.
